Problem

Brillër’s Founder had successfully built a waiting list for the pre-launch of their first product but was uncertain how to leverage social media to transition Brillër's content towards community building post-launch.

Solution

We collaborated with the Founder to develop a comprehensive social media strategy focused on cultivating a sense of community and fostering a shared identity through their content.

To enhance community engagement, we designed a Value Ladder strategy that incorporated exclusive groups, challenges, and resources, all promoted through targeted social media and email marketing campaigns.

Additionally, we worked closely with the founder to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to community building and devised strategies to incentivise the community to purchase Brillër’s products.

Achievements

Our efforts resulted in a 5% increase in email subscribers and an impressive average email open rate of 46%.

On Instagram, we achieved a weekly engagement rate of 34.76% and an average engagement rate of 11.59%.

On TikTok, we saw an average engagement rate of 8.92%. We saw an increase of community engagement metrics (such as comments, saves and shares) increase by an average 101% in the first month of working together.

These accomplishments significantly enhanced Brillër’s community presence and engagement, paving the way for sustained growth and increased customer loyalty.
